One of the main problems when replacing organs is the body's immune response to foreign tissue. To overcome such an immune reaction, the patient's cells and biological frames might be used to rebuild compatible organs. Actual solutions to organ failure or damaged tissue are not mastered yet, but creating organs and tissue in the lab might be one big step forward.
